3. เมื่อการสมัครสมบูรณ์แล้วสมาคมขอสงวนสิทธิ์การขอคืนเงินทุกกรณี ยกเว้นสมาคมเป็นผู้แจ้งยกเลิกด้วยเหตุผลจําเป็นบางประการ
(กรุณาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลการสมัคร ก่อนกดยืนยันรายการ)
4. กรุณาแต่งกายสุภาพในการเข้าอบรม หากเข้าห้องอบรมสายเกิน 30 นาที (เริ่มอบรมเวลา 09.00 น.) จะหมดสิทธิ์เข้าอบรมและไม่ผ่านการอบรม
